Welcome to Colonial Pointe HOA Website
The Colonial Pointe Home Owners Association is a small organization dedicated to the property owners of the Grasinger Homes, LLC housing plan Colonial Pointe. The board of directors for the Colonial Pointe HOA was selected by the property owners of Colonial Pointe to provide for them the management of common areas such as green space. The association leaders have a legal and ethical obligation to adhere to the association's governing documents and abide by all applicable laws.
